So... I posted a bit ago about a car accident I was in with a *mutters* cop car... My car was destroyed, but I was given about 4500 bucks from my insurance company. I wanted to buy a new car, but the cost of fixing the cop car went $2400 over what my insurance co. would cover :(  I had other plans for my insurance money ($2000 on a car, the rest to support me until I got a job) but now I had to give most of it to the cops...

Got a call this morning from the Police Fleet's spokesperson... he and my insurance guy had talked and they decided to WAIVE the $2400!!!!!!!

Best. News. In. A. Month.

Then I went in to my old job to check my email (i was laid off for lack of work) and my boss wants to get me clearance so I can work on this big classified thing that's coming in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I dunno if ya'll know about this, but it costs a buttload and once you're vetted by the Gov't you can put that s*&t on your resume and ask for MOAR money!! :D

I'm seriously thinking this week is when my luck has turned for the better!! :D

Sooooo... I was supposed to go to work today but instead totaled my car. :(

I hit a police car and it is so big and heavy and reinforced that even though I was turning left from a parking lot exit the force wrapped all the way around the front of my car to warp the passenger side fender to the point that the firemen had to pull on the door to get it to open. :(:(:(

I'm fine. I banged my head kinda bad, and can feel a large painful bruise brewing on my thigh, but other than that I'm fine. Just quietly freaking out about how I'm going to replace a car with no money :(
